True enough, law firms are paid to be paranoid about this sort of thing. But many CEOs are already savvy to the issues and potential dangers. I suspect that DW has already discussed the situation and has been briefed by counsel. I doubt that he will be easily silenced.

Disclosure is good. Investor chat rooms have the potential to reach many more investors than conference calls with analysts, and their interactive quality is superior. Certainly insiders must be briefed as to the potential dangers, but I expect to see the SEC and the Investor Relations Board endorse this movement.

What a shot in the arm for RB and SI if this catches fire!
It's high time that the ordinary investor had a chance to converse with her manager.
