Tony: As I understand this bill it takes the regulation off what telcos can charge so their will be room for RBOC's to make $ while making facilities availability to CLECs. The RBOC's have been the dogs in the manger in this whole broadband constipation problem. The cable system operators have not been far behind in terms of glacial movement in the area of broadband internet and more so in terms of offering phone service. I think that the RBOC's and the cable cos. got together and agreed not too invade each others turf. If I were the antitrust boys I would spend my time looking into the real monopolies and not the imagined ones. JFD
