MAD just picked up a failing company about to close its doors.

AlGimme has backed the WRONG HORSE - MIPS - another disaster.

Now, MAD has 125 new engineers and staff - including the FAILED API (MAD likes to buy failed companies !!) that should be adding about $15,625,000 annually to MAD's expenses - $2,604,166 per quarter.

And no revenue !!
