I am curious as to what you base that statement on. I am pretty sure that I have accurate records on Brinker's recommendations going back to the beginning of his model portfolios. From 1991 to 2000 he stayed invested. From 1988 to 1991, he did not stay fully invested and did a lot of tinkering in and out of the market which severly undercut his long term market timing performance. What I am very interested in, is the time frame from 1982 to 1988. Do you have any records on this time frame? Does anyone?
