Tech2000, Stop reading the speculations from the medias. If you want to know the facts, reading the written testimonies of every witness. So far, the government can not even prove that Microsoft had a monopoly in OS, so how can the government prove that Microsoft had abused its monopoly power ? Who will win or loss ? it is hard to say at this point, but everyone had a right to guess, including the reporters, and the analysts, and there are always panic investors all the time. Just think last May, when the DOJ file the suit, MSFT drop from $120 to $95, and what is it now ?
