First of all, Spidey, a clarification. You are confused. This is perhaps understandable given the number of TAs AZNT's gone through this year.
1. Charlie left the employ of the company in February.
2. The first TA, Fidelity Transfer, resigned in May.
3. The second TA, Pacific Transfer, resigned in August.
4. The third TA, Transecurities, resigned at the end of September, in part because they hadn't been informed that AZNT was delinquent with its SEC filings, and in part because Mikey refused to sign off on stock whose restrictions had expired.
5. Now Mikey's his own TA, and nobody knows WHAT the hell he's doing, right?
Do you seriously expect us to believe, Spidey, that Unlucky Mikey just "happened" to hire three transfer agents in a row who wished to lift legends illegally? Doesn't sound even a tiny bit plausible to me. |
