Moussaoui Case - Shocking Allegation Big Lizards lays out an analysis of the AP story on the Moussaoui case that says the entire transaction was a deliberate set-up whose purpose was to destroy the prosecutor's case. What's going on is that the plaintiff's lawyers and the prosecutors both want to show that 9/11 could have been prevented; and the defense lawyers in both cases want to prove that it could not have been prevented.
