David, thanx for the Houston real estate lowdown. 'Course I take
it that you were giving me the situation before Mexico blew smoke
in your face.<g> Oh, by the way, I believe that they are going to
use Standard Oil of New Jersey now that they've seen that the name
has not been taken. They've been upset ever since someone called it
to their attention that if you put it in backwards, you get Noxxe
gasoline.<g>
