October 25, 2000 (TOKYO) -- Casio Computer Co., Ltd. by the end of November plans to launch a digital camera, the LV-10, that comes with a CMOS sensor with 300,000 pixels.

The main specifications are as follows: the resolution comes in 640 x 480 pixels and 320 x 240 pixels. The number of images is about 60 images (640 x 480 pixels) and about 120 images (320 x 240 pixels). It has a 4MB, built-in EEPROM flash memory. About 900 shots can be taken continuously using two AA batteries. It has a USB interface. The camera measures 94mm wide by 63mm deep by 34mm thick, and weighs about 120g without batteries. |
