Don't assume too much - have you seen their employment contracts? How do you know that they HAVE to sell?
I believe that periodically there are windows for senior management to exercise options and only a certain amount can be sold. I am pretty sure that there is an SEC REG on this one (I don't have the code memorized)

Also, isn't this a CMGI chat board?
I disagree with you and think that insider selling is certainly relevant.
