I think this company will survive, Gauthier is a maverick when it comes to control and getting the right people on side. Some mutual funds are still invested in these companies, i beleive this is where Gauthier will get its institutional backing from. If the rights issues are excercised and/or guaranteed by institutional investors, then SGV/KWG will be around for a while. Of course, the next step is crucial in moving forward, then they have to put the new money to good use and prove these properties as viable revenue producing mines. The stock prices will move back up when each step is acheived, but, to the levels of the past, I can't speculate that far off into the future. You can hold for long long term or you can average down and wait for the prices to catch up with holdings. But, the bottom should be here now. IMHO Its a pure spec play, no fundamentals to work with. Use the trend when you see it, its your only friend with these 2 plays.
