Looking for a small cap with some pop.....HZN on Alberta....Originally started as a junior capital pool, however they are very close to closing their major acquisition SI Canada who hold the British COmmonwealth rights to a drug called Anticort which is in clinical trials in the US, in addition to licenses to approx 200 generic drugs. SI is in the process of completing a manufacturing plant in order to produce some of said generics in house. The Alberta exchange should approve the transaction within the next couple of weeks. New company to be called ALTACHEM PHARMA INC. Based on their projections we could see $1.50 - $2.00 in the next year based on a share price of 4x earnings. Current price 0.74. More to follow after the deal is approved by the exchange and the shareholders.
