Jim,
It sounds like the NCR system has plenty of room for improvement. I wonder why they simply don't model after the U-Scan? Patent infringement? While I'm not familiar with OPMR's patents, it would be good for OPMR if indeed their patents have enough breadth to exclude NCR in its design. I find it difficult to believe however that NCR cannot go around any patent to put in the best design at least matching that of UScan and on top offer other whistles and bells to set them apart from UScan for marketing reason.
