ROTFL! That method certainly works in stocks! In a weak market, might be worth a shot, especially if they've gotten no bids for weeks. But people tend to get a lot more emotional about their home's value (ie, more closely tied to their ego)....and more times than not you'll get an angry "p*ss off" kind of response, I think...
