According to Biomoda's offering memorandum June 30, 1997, it shows BNEZ owns 175,000 shares of Biomoda. I think your comma was misplaced and you showed an extra "0."

But you are correct, the old offering showed BNEZ owned some, but I don't know if they still do.

Biomoda only has about 17 shareholders total.
