Not real sure about the share counts yet. There is a lot of speculation that the company will be coming out with e-commerce news "late this week", which means today (or possibly Monday). Raging Bull has a couple of posts from people who have spoken with the company who confirmed the rumor. From what I understand, they plan on reaching profitability this year. How profitable, I'm not sure yet. Gator
