Hey! I resemble that remark! I was the treasurer of my co-op board for a number of years. Much work, no money! Triumphs: got rid of several deadbeats who generously allowed the rest of us to carry them and also got rid of a prostitution sub-let. Failure: could NOT get anywhere with the paranoid-schizophrenic (next door!) screaming all night and banging on the walls, accusing me of being a KGB agent and hooligan who used a laser-acupuncture machine (huh?) to enter her private parts while she was in the toilet (??!) Russian, of course. (she died in bed, finally, after 12 years of hell for all concerned) (probably contributing to my divorce). ps- Conditions for new buyers? Evidence of employment going back 2 years or so; character reference. A simple conversation with me or the president. Period.
