signed up just means you have an account number but you haven't gotten a real quote or that you have obama insurance. using this system you can't buy insurance, because it doesn't work.

you call the 800 number and nice people feed you bullshit but they don't help you. you go though 4 layers of people and you finally get an account number but you can;t get a real quote of insurance
