That is just stupid partisanship. It doesn't matter where it went. It was spent and it was stolen. And now they hope we forget. That's what's wrong with this country. Career politicians on both sides. And career party line voters on both sides. The best scenario is one house controlled by Republicans and the other controlled by Democrats and keep switching parties in the White House. I was no more in favor of Bush giving Wall Street a trillion dollars of free money (corporate welfare) before he left office than I am of Obamacare.
