I base this precedence of invention on the fact that he was the animator and owns the character. I have actually watched him animate the 3D version of the character and heard him do the voice, 3 or 4 years ago. But perhaps my acquaintance is, unknown to me, some kind of weird plagiarist. Tell me, where exactly is Michael O'Donoghue supposed to come into it? Chaz
