Tim, thanks for the links. I have seen speculation before about how much Iraq is selling oil on the black markets. However, the amount is subject to a lot of speculative guessing. For an example, one of your links said that total oil sold both legal and illegal in 2000 is $20 billion. IN 2000 the legal oil totaled $6 billion. Another one said less than a billion. If its the former, Iraq has more than enough to money to buy WMD but if its the latter, then its probably enough to keep Saddam in the style he's accustomed to. ted
