Also, if you had bothered to make yourself aware of the operation of the Bush administration, you would understand that Bush is cognizant of the fact that civilian casualties must be avoided.

You and bush are delusional if you think that you know how the war will shape up. If the Iraqis hole up in the cities, your precision munitions will have considerably less value and avoiding casualties, ours and theirs, will be impossible. The Russians had to level Grozny to get to the Chechnian rebels.
