This AM Blix said that Iraq is in non compliance on this issue but now has agreed to allow interviews with neither tape recorder or chaperones.

This is ridiculous. It isn't as though these people are going to be candid under these circumstances. Saddam knows it, Blix knows, and the UN knows it.

These people and their entire extended families' mandatory removal from Iraq accompanied by an offer of protection until they depart and political asylum after they depart. That is the only way you can reasonably expect to get full cooperation.
