DCTC---UPDATE!!! & LAST REMINDER

Hi Everyone,
A few people have been asking me about the latest I have found out
concerning the DCTC situation. Because of recent time constraints I have
not been involved on a daily basis with the company.
It has been MY decision to hold all my shares because of my own
personal belief in the future of the company.
There are many exciting things pending and I have a scheduled
Conference Call between the company and three other major players that
will have a major effect on the future of the company. I plan to ask very
important questions and I'm sure I might be able to try and make things a
little clearer for those who have a vested interest in the company.
I am under the impression that one deal is very close to fruition and
I just want to get an idea on possible time frames, if possible.
I do know that they are working full speed to try and tie everything
together and we might even get an added surprise as a new development
came into being yesterday.
I have also been told that interest in the "privilege card" continues
to increase as well as very big interest in the "wireless remote" from
several big names. I wish I could tell you more but until they can make
it "public knowledge", I too have to make educated guesses and I really
don't care to speculate at this point.
Rest assured, I will do my best to stay on top of this on a daily
basis.
One more thing, Mr. Murphy is tentatively scheduling an Investor's
Meeting for Dec. 4, 1996. He is hoping to have it at the Marriott at the
Newark Airport and then provide transportation for those who would like
to tour the facilities. At the meeting they will unveil the "wireless
remote", developed by R & D Scientific division. Also, a possibility of
the unveiling of yet another breakthrough technology. I'm sure we will
find out more details as the next couple of weeks develop. I plan on
attending and will report to you any news that I find out.
Also, it was interesting to note the Trading Log today on DCTC.
As of 4:00 p.m. the volume was volume of 8,300 of which 500 shares were
sells. Immediately after the close there were two more large buys at the
ask of 1.22 for 5000 shares and 25,000 shares for a total of 38,300
shares.
