The RINO's are just the "Oh Me Too!" party. When they can't borrow any more money, the whole decrepit structure collapses with a mere kick of the door. There won't be any more freebies to hand out and there will be civil war for sure and the alternatives won't be very nice either and will likely be dictated by creditors.
