Hadn't thought of that possibility. I've just been surprised that a site would carry ads for competing sites. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing, but am inclined to think it's bad when money's tight enough or the future unimportant enough that you'll advertise a competitor just because the short-term dollars and cents look good.

Such a merger would certainly make sense in my book, since these're the two high water marks for stock-related message boards, bar none.
