PHEONIX AZ--spoke with Ken T. the analyist from REDCHIP face
to face at a conference in PHX on Thurs and peppered him on AXC
a bit--he thinks that AXc is worth 7-8 even without keepering and of
course with it significanly higher--he said it will take more announcements
which might take some time to really move the stock.
