Utter crap? It is? You mean in the 80s when we gave Saddam anthrax, poisonous chemicals and the botulism toxin, we thought he was working on the cure for cancer? Right. The bio items we made available to Saddam were to be used for drug development and research. Do your own reading. Don't expect other people to do it for you.
