Andrew... How does this bode well for base metals, hotels, papers, autos, and banks

Now that's a big question dude ... if you just started listening to Coxe yesterday I can feel your pain. :) My own view in regards to base metals is that it's driven by Chinese demand. You've got a government that's managing growth for over a billion people - they import (and hoard) both copper and nickel - and they export cheap (deflationary?) finished goods to the rest of the world.

What will kick-start our own economies? A bank failure or two and the continuation of WW3 - both scenarios are extremely bullish for both base and precious metals. In times of war investing in steel companies is a guaranteed 5 bagger and I don't have to remind anyone on this thread what will happen to the POG if just the idea that possibility exists that the U.S. (public and private debt) could go into default. Normally, people look towards base metals as a leading indicator on the state of our economies, but what they don't understand is what I just pointed out.

Anyway... I like Coxe not for his stock picks, but for his strategic view of the world - economically and politically -- the guy is well educated and smart so listen carefully, I mean, really listen! I've made money by paying attention to his calls.

Regards,
Frank P.
