That's not to say we shouldn't have moderated threads. But you said you don't understand why people objet so I offer a couple of reasons. To be fair I have to admit I had a bit of the reactions that you discribed but it was neither strong nor long lasting for the reason I laid out in my previous post. Some people also raise a free speech issue. I don't buy that in this context. I also see it raised but like you I don't think it is relevant. Free speech does not include a freely provided forum to say whatever you want whenever you want. Tim
