great post and fair question, i would say that cll has no money to firm up the pemon property. i have challenged g belanger to post financials to date he has not done so. i suspect they will show the real reason, no cash to develop property. no junior is going to raise cash in this climate in light of bxm fraud. cash is king and without it investors are at risk of a takeover and you will get no value for your shares, the smart money is with anz 17 million in the bank coleville, they are afraid to say.
