Here in Ohio, we are required (imagine that) to carry auto liability insurance by law, OKAY

I've been in 3 accidents since and the other cited party DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE, hmm, it's a LAW! OKAY

My policy carry's UNDERINSURED and UNINSURED coverage...WTF it's a LAW.

Long story short......just because it's a LAW...doesn't mean it WORKS!!

If ACA is the LAW, how can you opt out with a (FINE) lol, and what happens to these people who opted out, when they need coverage?? I thought this law was to insure coverage for ALL people.....NOT

This has NOTHING to do with making sure people have coverage....ZERO....NADA...ZIP!
