On Ejabat's commets:

He has denied ASND has any problem other than the revenue shortfall.
Is this a true picture or vision through rose colored glasses?
Also the fella does not seem to be very diplomatic, he has clearly contested Noel's statement about business with Baby Bells so I guess only one of them is right, which one? how are these guy's track records?

Another thing is the following reason quoted from the press release for not holding a conf call after warning is ridiculous and implies a useless attempt to manipulate price of the stock which is dead on arrival.
One could interpret the following statement to mean that if they held a conference call they would have to reveal details (which are now in hiding) which would prompt the short sellers to drive price down.
This statement is like: "heads you win tails I lose", whichever way you look at it, it does not look good.
Either there is more bad information to come out or Mory and his financial advisors don't understand very well how short sellers work or both. Their not having a conference did not prevent short sellers from driving the stock down, nor will it prevent more short sellers from driving it down further when they hold a conference call when earnings are declared (assuming they tell the whole story that they were afraid to tell in the first place because of the stock price) or if not holding the conf call was a mistake then their ridiculous reason for doing so should not have been released.
Also, my question to Mory would be, "on one hand you say you will run the business and not worry about the investors, then why are you so conscious about the short sellers driving the stock price down? why not just run the business and not worry about the price, good results will automatically take care of the price".
This concern is true because Mory has only admitted to having made mistake of not holding a conf call he does not think his fear of short sellers driving the price down is wrong.
Whatever... I am not doing ASND anymore for a while.

After consulting with financial advisers, Ejabat and Chief
Financial Officer Bob Dahl decided not to hold a conference call
because of the possibility that their comments could be used by
short-sellers to drive the stock price down. Short-sellers borrow
shares, in hopes that the stock will fall, so they can replace
them with shares bought at lower price.
