Mr Noel does not work for the shareholders, he works for his clients and if their track record were to be evaluated in terms of $ value to their clients that would be the right metric to apply; it is Mory's job to increase shareholder value after his company is publicly traded so your statement does not come close to answering that question unless you are able to evaluate Noel's contribution to their clients by your metric. I was mainly referring to the truthfulness of the statements they make.
