Two thoughts on the SF article;

How big of an idiot does one have to be to invest most of ones savings based on a press release and little other research into the company, management and technology? Golly Homer, I'll just put all my money on the numbers I just got out of that fortune cookie.

Were they talking about Chernobal or Valance with the grossly exagerated story of a battery burning its way to the Earth's core? Maybe if a worker lit up a drum of pure Li would it burn through a concrete slab. Plus the freaking building foundation is not in the middle of the plant floor.

Moral of the story 1: It does not matter what is said in the press, if it's in print then it has to be true, right??? How could they print that UFO story if it wasn't true?

Moral of the story 2: No matter how stupid you are, there is a lawyer out thier that will work very hard to place the blame on someone other than the idiot. Assuming the party to blame happens to be much richer then the idiot.

I imagine there is more then one lawyer that is bitter about not being able to sue a race horse when they lose.
