Mr. RTev,

I have seen an article on the cost of the trial somewhere in the past few months. I think the DOJ spent $74 million and MSFT spent $100 million. Any ways the expense was far greater for the DOJ than MSFT. The DOJ could never afford to go to trial again because of the cost. For MSFT the cost was no more than a few days of interest for them.
