You're exactly right. The purpose of the right-wing fanatics who post on the Right Wing Incest Thread is not to discover/discuss truth, but rather to reinforce one's warped version of "truth." I tried for months to do what I could as the lone southpaw to steer the "Night of the Living Dead" crowd in the direction of truth (no quotation marks), but in the end I gave up and said, "No more." Then JLA banned me for good measure ... to ensure that I would not come onto the thread again and challenge his supremacy.
