And the Clintons from what I read. But that doesn't make him necessarily wrong. It doesn't really make sense for Saddam to try to murder a USA president or ex president since he would know the USA propensity to react without using diplomatic messages. Even if they kicked him out of Kuwait and sucked him into the conflict in the first place.
