Great job as usual, "Duke" Wayne! I think Jack Arnold is doing a great job. The Reg S was my only major concern, and it seems to be one of his concerns too...so it doesn't worry me as much. The stock "dilution" and other measures that'll probably have to be taken in the future are to be expected. I think they would only be of concern to those expecting a 100x or 1000x (or even 10x...) return on their investment. Frank
