Peoplesoft does not act like the other ERP players. They have huge opportunities in their targeted markets and have publicly said they are not interested in the FOA space. They may change their minds but I don't see why we should assume they will. The last info is that they are not interested. Why worry about FOA when you are just trying to meet demand in your own market?
