To all: After spending well over 2 hrs. with Gerry Belanger (IR for CLL) at the "Stocktalk" presentation in Edmonton on May 13, I would like to report the following information to CLL/ANZ shareholders:

1. The CLL information pkg. is now available in draft form. After reviewing it carefully, I consider it to be well-written, professionally done, and very informative. The final copy will soon be available in electronic or hard-copy forms for widespread distribution via fax, e-mail, or snail-mail.

2. I had the opportunity to view selected pages from the following reports:

Previous operator of the property (China Gold)
Barrick Gold
Watts, Griffs and McOuat
Strathcona Minerals

The contents of these documents are VERY ENCOURAGING, and ALL OF THE INFORMATION from these independent sources suggest that the Ojalali not only hosts widely distributed gold and silver mineralization over a 25 sq. km. area, but also various high-grade regions of varying grades and amounts.

While we will have to wait for the up-coming drill results to come up with any sort of reasonably accurate estimation concerning the amount of Au or Ag, I do believe the information to date compiled by experts from several independant companies strongly suggests at minimum, a multi-million ounce deposit at the Ojalali.

3. I had the opportunity to view several photos taken at both the Pemon and Ojalali sites. The infrastructure in place at the Ojalali in particular, is quite impressive and includes the following:
offices, living quarters (12 workers cottages), assay laboratory, refining and alluvial processing plants, warehouse storage, crushing and milling shed, workshop/garage, powerhouse, and hellicopter pads.

The previous operator built these facilities but went bankrupt before they could make significant use of them, EVEN THOUGH THEIR DRILL RESULTS were optimistic.

4. There are currently 23 areas of artisinal workings on the KENCUR AREA.

5. Lastly, re. Pemon: a production goal has been set as 1000 carats/wk. by the end of June. In addition, a significant amount of gold is being found , and only a very small amount of the property has been explored to date. While much of the focus for CLL shareholders has been on the Ojalali, we should not discount the potential of Pemon to provide A SIGNIFICANT CASH FLOW TO CLL, something that could be very important if developing the Ojalali takes longer than anticipated.

Regards to all,
Wayne Wolinski
