Hi JHN,

I think that Q has basically given up on G*. I know that some of you guys have it, but things such as installing G* phone-booth in China is wishful thinking.

On the other hand, Omnitrac should definitely be spun off. It's not CDMA nor any technology that should tie Omnitrac to Qualcomm. Omnitrac is great for track and trace. If you look at B2B, there is the flow of money from buyer to supplier, and there is the flow of the goods from supplier to buyer. The tougher part of the 2 is the flow of goods. The key to the flow of goods is logistics, and the most important element of logistics is clearly knowing where your goods are, where they should be, and when will they arrive. Omnitrac is such a key element in logistics that it addresses of the biggest problem in it. If we spin off Omnitrac, and find some outsider who understands B2B, to run the company, we could see multi-bagger gains. Continuation control of Omnitrac by Qualcomm will only waste the great opportunities that Omnitac can realize.

Best regards,

Khan
