Greetings Adam, and happy new year. May 1999 be the turning point for VRTL. I haven't looked much at VRTL since last fall, and now I notice a few things on the horizon. Last fall, qualifying insiders bought 3 million shares at 1.50, supposedly to fund an acquisition. quicken.com Now comes the SEC Form S3 filing, and the same 3 million shares are being readied for sale, via public or private transactions. quicken.elogic.com Is there a deal in the works, or a major new partner/shareholder in the wings? Seems like the price would be north of $3. Also, the very positive announcement by the HP/Vertel Open View partnership. quicken.com Perhaps, Adam, you could offer a few thoughts as we move towards the TMN Conference on Feb 24-26. Is this a time to buy more shares, or get ready to sell existing positions and move on? Thanks, Dennis
