SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1998--AimRite Holdings Corp. (OTC BB:AIMH) announced that the final production COAST hydraulic suspension control unit will be unveiled next week in a color photograph to be distributed in a press release, both nationally and internationally.

The COAST suspension control system provides more power, safety and control of a vehicle than has ever been realized and represents millions of dollars and years of research and development. The photograph will be the first time that AimRite has revealed the production COAST hydraulic suspension control unit for both public and industry review.

Dr. Coleman also stated that AimRite is negotiating with Fountainhead Global Trust to provide up to $2 Million for the acquisition and capitalization of its assembly plant. According to Dr. Ken Coleman, President, the facility will include corporate offices, engineering and sales offices and provide facilities for final product assembly, quality control, packaging and shipping.
