Carl, I called their marketing people and suggested that they handle their cookies problem. It seems they were not aware that many people set their browser to refuse giving away cookies. I also found out that they have a marketing agreement with Digital River on top of their own in house development of downloadable packages. According to the marketing person I talked to Digital River is in the "direct fullfilment" part of the business, while Programmers is more in the marketing side, so those people wanting downloadable software, are "fulfilled" for Programmers' by Digital River. I hope I understood the convoluted response correctly. Zeev
