Gentlemen. I copied this from the DMEC thread re: insider selling.
It was written by Due Diligence and I hope he doesn't mind me reposting it.

Sprintcar,
Mr. Lu or any other insider that files a 144 can sell stock only after 72 hours has passed on an event. Not till Monday before any insider can sell anything, if then. NONE COULD HAVE BEEN SOLD TODAY BY INSIDERS. Most may have already been sold during the silent period. We don't know how much. Then, the registered broker must follow the anti-dilution laws which states they only sell on a uptick and no more than 1% of the outstanding standing per quarter. There are only a few windows available to an insider. There is also a maximum daily requirement. Might check the 144 selling and anti-dilution laws.
Back to Quiet,
DD
