To whom it may concern with some background knowledge: Sat 7/25 Globe & Mail "" IBM forming independent unit that will focus on selling software designed to help corporations deal more effectively with customers:-- led by TRIVOLI SYSTEMS INC;;-- IBM wants to accelerate sales of its so called customer relationship management software.... IBM believes such software is a multi-billion market that it expects to increase by 35% per year. Query: to what extent will this impact MDSI relationship with IBM... with its work force management systems?????? BAG
