Jess,

Revenue is progressing nicely and should be in line with Morgan
Keegan's expectation for Q3. Look to see new products coming out
of beta testing as well as expansion of existing contracts. Any
upside in revenue and/or new contract announcements should perk
up activity in this issue. Balance sheet strong as goat's breath.
