I hear ya, Scottoo. The actual technology TSIS uses is not what lead me to invest. I don't understand entirely what they do and what makes them unique, but I do know that I have been impressed by the clients they have obtained and kept. And the fact that AT&T has asked them to do more for them speaks volumes. Those who badmouth this company conveniently ignore this.
