Countess I would not celebrate to quickly. Shelby is doing exactly what need to be done, that is tending to the business of producing the OX2 hybrid vehicles. While I respect your position / opinion, Shelby's opinion carries the weight. Reference the letter posted at AENG home page, Mr. Shebly clearly states:

I have witnessed the OX2 engine operate on a number of occasions. It does what
is claimed of it and it is real. For anyone to insinuate that I have not done my
homework and analysis on this before entering into an agreement is absurd. As
for the many so called engineers making statements that it will not perform, how
can they say that without understanding how the engine operates, our without
even seeing it run on a dyno.

I'm sure the timing for the release of the prototypes is being carefully considered.
